RW Ratcliff
MIGHT COULD
The first track from RW Ratcliff's new album dropped last night and it is amazing in so many ways. Wonderful storytelling, fantastic guitar work, NOT overproduced or over engineered, silky smooth vocals, just the right amount of everything, just brilliant. Throughout the song I heard/felt/experienced nods and winks to great songwriters who have gone before like Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, Steven Fromholz, Nanci Griffith, and many others, which gives the listener a comfortable landscape to join Billy in this story and music that he shares with us. Well done, my friend, very well done! I'm ready for more!! - Bob Ralph (Tiny Couch Productions)
